
Eric has been training since 2010 and has Bachelor’s degree in Human Kinetics from the University of Windsor. He also worked as a Sports Performance Coach at Velocity Sports Performance in Canton, Michigan, where he was taught professional and Olympic-Level training techniques from a Strength Coach who was a world-class Decathlete for Team USA Track and Field for over 10 years. During this time Eric also observed the training programs of Olympic Gold and Silver Medalists, a Minor League Detroit Tigers Baseball prospect, Michigan State Spartan Division-one football players (for their NFL combine training), and elite high school athletes.
Eric has also worked in Physiotherapy and Chiropractic clinics where he gained a working knowledge of how to prescribe exercises to prevent common sports and fitness-related injuries. Eric also worked in several gyms where he learned how to help people of any age and exercise-experience level reach their unique goals while working around their injuries.
Currently Eric focuses on training high-level baseball players and is the also the Strength and Conditioning Coach and Trainer for the Tecumseh Thunder 18U AAA Baseball Team. Eric has trained a variety of baseball players of varying age and skill level such as 14U Windsor Stars, Tecumseh Thunder AAA 16U and 18U, Tecumseh Thunder Baseball Senior Team, Albion Britons NCAA D3, University of Windsor Lancers, Windsor Selects 16U, 17U, and 18U, and Lasalle Titans 16U and 17U players. He also played Second base for the Windsor Athletic Association in the Can-Am Senior League, Middle Infield for the A.K.O Fratmen of the Mic-Mac Junior League for three seasons, and was a two-time W.E.C.S.S.A.A and One-Time O.F.S.A.A High School Baseball Champion with the St. Anne’s Saints.
